Veronica spent 15 years in senior corporate roles with Fortune 500 companies across the Asia-Pacific region (Apple, Estée Lauder), leading and developing high-performing teams in ANZ, North Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Her firsthand experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, merging differing work styles, and driving results in volatile markets forms the backbone of her practical approach to global leadership.
Having lived in nine countries and speaking six languages fluently (English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Mandarin), Veronica embodies the cultural fluency she teaches.
