In 1999, Simerjeet Singh arrived in Sydney as an international student, just as Australia was preparing for the Olympic Games. After graduating from The Hotel School Sydney, he would go on to build an international hospitality career spanning Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, working with leading global brands including Marriott and Grand Hyatt.
Then life presented an unexpected challenge.
Following a series of personal events back home, Simerjeet made the difficult decision to walk away from a successful international career and return to India in 2007 to start over from scratch.
Having worked across multiple countries and industries, he had seen firsthand what separates organizations where ideas flourish, people feel valued, and innovation becomes part of everyday work from those that struggle with change.
