Matt Jones, Creative Strategist and Co-Founder of Four Pillars Gin, opened the conference with the Day Zero Challenge and joined a Day 1 breakout session. He encouraged attendees to lead with creativity, curiosity and courage, highlighting that what is created in the room can have a lasting impact beyond the event itself.
Azran Osman-Rani, CEO of Naluri, delivered a dynamic closing keynote on Day 1, challenging conventional thinking around innovation, risk and performance. He shared practical frameworks for reframing fear, moving at speed, and leading with clarity, giving leaders the tools to act boldly and adapt faster.
David Knoff, Antarctic Expedition Leader and author, closed Day 2 with a powerful keynote on leading through uncertainty. Drawing from his 537-day COVID-era mission in Antarctica, he unpacked the value of vulnerability, the importance of mental resilience, and what it truly takes to lead when conditions are anything but normal.
